The Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by Brixius Manufacturing, Inc. The website offers visitors sales of our products, information regarding our custom fabrication services, and general information about our company. When accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Return Policy:
Products may be returned within 30 days of placing the order. A full refund will be granted if the product is returned in its original condition. Please complete our Return Form to start that process.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on return items.

When buying an item from our website, you agree that: (i) before making a commitment to buying a product, you are responsible for reading the full item listing: (ii) when you complete the check-out payment process, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the the products.
On our website the prices we charge for our products are listed. At anytime, we reserve the right to change our prices for our products, and to correct pricing errors that may occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Warranty:
The Products sold online are not subject to any warranty, as they are designed for practicing welding. Returns are acceptable, please see our return policy.
